 Mount Kilimanjaro Trekking.

This is the highest mountain in Africa (5895m) and the highest free standing outcrop in the world. At the “Roof of Africa’’, you are presented with a vista that encompasses Kenya and Tanzania – a magnificent panorama of high plains and distant horizon.
This mountain is in the Kilimanjaro National Park where you can see some of the wild animals, different species of birds as well as learning many species of plants.
If you have little mountain walking and camping experience and are not sure if you’re fit we advise you to take the Marangu route (entirely hut based) then make sure you have at least one acclimatisation day. This increases the chances of a succesful summit. If neccessary discuss your choice with us.
For those who do not feel comfortable of climbing the mountain we arrange day trips hiking along the foot of the mountains as well.
In Kilimanjaro we trek through different routes; Machame route, Marangu route, Lemosho route, Umbwe route and the Rongai route.
