All in all Zanzibar is especially well known for its superb exotic white beaches and watersports such as snorkling and scuba diving in the lively Coral reef areas, surfing, waterskiing, canoeing or you can go swimming with the Dolphins.
The Island offers a large variety of accommodations, for every budget there is plenty of choice.

Stone Town is situated on the west part of the Island and north and south of Stone Town are some very nice beaches to find. If you’re more interested in calmly, white beaches the northern part of the island for instance Nungwi and Kendwa would be an excellent choice. If you would like to enjoy the beach and some village life at the same time then especially the east coast around Bwejuu, Paje and Jambiani would be a good area for you.

One can also visit the Jozani Forest if you want to encounter the rare Red Colobus monkey, Sykes monkeys and bushbabies.
Down below we put up two itineraries as an example for you.
 
Since Zanzibar is also a splendid honeymoon destination the first itinerary will be a special Honeymoon Arrangement boasting with the most romantic spots, comforts, atmosphere and activities.
 
Honeymoon Arrangement, 8 days, 7 honeymoon nights
 
Day 1:
You’ll be picked up in Dar es Salam to be taken to the airport for a short flight to Zanzibar airport. There you’ll get a transfer to a luxurious, fully faciltated accommodation in Stone town, after relaxing or exploring the town on your own and a splendid dinner you can wine down in your own suite.
Day 2:
Explore the sights visiting one of the many attractions Stone Town has to offer like the old fort, Msikiti wa Balnara (mosque) or the Hamamni Persian Baths being just a few suggestions. If you’re into shopping visit the bazar or many of the little shops in the allyways ending up at the beach for a nice drink.
Day 3:
After breakfast you’ll be taken for a spice tour and visit some other sites on the island like Maruba Palace and Mtoni Palace, outside of Stone Town. Finally you get a taste and smell of the exotic spices Zanzibar is famous for like nutmeg, vanilla, pepper, cloves, cinnamon and various kinds of fruits. In the early afternoon you’ll be arriving at one of the finest white sand beaches of the island. You’ll be staying in the honeymoon villa with your own stretch of beach, plunge pool, outdoor bathroom and tremendous service at Matemwe.
Day 4:
A relaxing day to spend anyway you want, at this place we won’t dare to disturb you in any way!
( Diving and snorkling can be organised for you here or later in Michamvi).
Day 5:
After breakfast you’ll be taken to the south west part of the island for a swim with the dolphins at the Menai Bay Conservation Area after which you’ll be taken to your new accommodation in Michamvi at the bay of Chwaka on the peninsula of the island. Due to its location on the peninsula it’s a very quiet, private and relaxed place.
Day 6:
A relaxing day to spend anyway you want. Enjoy the beach, some splendid seafood or many other activities the accommodation has to offer. If you have a licence for scuba diving we can also arrange it for you to go out to sea to one of the fabulous diving places.
Day 7:
A relaxing day to spend anyway you want.
Day 8:
After lunch you get picked up by our driver and be taken to the airport to fly back to Dar es Salaam where there is a transfer for you to any hotel in town if neccesary, all depending on your travelling plans.

Itinerary 5 days, 4 nights Zanzibar
 
Day 1:
You’ll be picked up by our driver from the port or airport and taken to Stone Town where you stay at a very comfortable hotel full of atmosphere in the old part of town. The afternoon can be spent doing some sight seeing, visiting one of the many attractions Stone Town has to offer like the old fort, Msikiti wa Balnara (mosque) or the Hamamni Persian Baths being just a few suggestions.
Day 2:
After breakfast in the morning you have more time to spend in the old town, after lunch you’ll be taken by our driver to tour to the northern part of the island, along the little villages and spice farmers. Here you start really smelling the exotic spices and herbs Zanzibar is famous for. In the northern Nungwi you’ll be arriving in the afternoon at a very friendly and calm accommodation, you’ll have your own cottage, placed in a beautiful garden with a view of Zanzibars turquoise ocean.
Day 3:
This day you’ll stay at the same accomodation and you’re free to spend your time as you wish.
Day 4:
After breakfast our driver will be picking you up again to take you to the south east part of the island. You’ll be taking a spice tour along the way, looking and tasting the various spices Zanzibar produces. You’re also making a stop over at Jozani forest, one can see the rare Red Colobus monkey if lucky and Sykes monkeys and bushbabies. In the early afternoon you’ll arrive at Jambiani where you’ll be staying at another garden setted cottage at the beach. You’ll have plenty of opportunity to go for a swim and relax at the beach.
Day 5:
After breakfast you can go for a trip out to the Coral Reefs for 2 hours of snorkling in the clear waters of the Indian Ocean where you’ll find amazing coloured fishes and sea creatures. Depending on your continuing travelling plans you’ll be taken to the airport or seaport of Stone Town and dropped of at any convenient time for you.
